Gaël Lecolley is a seasoned and well known chef and
connoisseur of fine food and wines. A native of France,
Gaël attended one of the top culinary schools in his
native country know for educating and training the most
prestigious and sought after chefs. Gaël, intrigued with
the USA decided to bring his love of foods, culinary
artistry and European style to the United States,
working as “Executive chef” for some of the top
venues such as Beux- rivage, Saddle Peak lodge, and
Remi just to name a few. Gael’s career spans 20 years
and incorporates all aspects of the food and wine
industry.
