Tomato Salad Boquet with Baby Field Greens, Belgian Endive, Enoki Mushrooms, Humbolt Fog Goat Cheese, and a Sage Honey Vinaigrette
Choice of:Grilled Lamb Chops with Asparagus Spears, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and finished with a Rosemary Jus – OR – Herb Crusted Alaskan Halibut served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Sautéed Brocollini and Grape Tomatoes, finished with a Citrus Curry Sauce
Penne Florentine with Spinach, Grape tomatoes, Mushrooms, and shaved parmesan
